Despite states and countries impatient to legalize, and companies rushing to fill the supply chain, most consumption has not yet been codified ‘legal’. While it isn’t illegal, consumption still occupies that grey area of evolving policy, especially for tourists and others not able to consume in their own homes. There is currently a need for public/ private spaces for social consumption of marijuana to accommodate the new segment of emerging marijuana tourists. A venue that allows responsible on-site consumption fills a critical need in the marketplace.

We provide more than simply a place to sleep and consume. We offer access to a community.

Current competitors unfortunately mostly fit the stereotypes of stigmatized “Stoner” culture, with a focus on young people, cheap accommodation, and existing consumers. Accommodations are almost exclusively found through individual listings on AirBnB or VRBO or through aggregator sites like Bud N Breakfast.com. These are usually single bedrooms in shared accommodation, or small apartments. Few have gone farther than simply allowing for consumption, catering to the already initiated and, again, meeting “Stoner” expectations.

Our target customers are primarily wealthy residents of areas in the US for whom marijuana is not yet readily available, or whose medical needs are not met by their home markets: Examples include the North Carolina research triangle, wealthy suburbs of large urban areas like Westchester County, Connecticut, the Philadelphia Mainline, or Alexandria, VA
We also plan to target international populations looking for new experiences, wellness travel, or more specific cannabis expertise.
