Culture and benefits at Litha Group

Litha is founded on common values. The three founders have each experienced grief and deeply believed that help should be made available to help those people in the greatest need. This led to the development of Bunty – an AI Psychotherapist that is to be made free to everyone in the world. Importantly, as the technology is evolving, the founders are seeing further ways to help the most vulnerable including a standalone speaker system for helping anyone without access to the Internet. This would provide support to prison inmates, school children, and those dealing with loneliness and living with degenerative brain conditions such as Alzheimer. The three founders all have a background in leadership development which includes using facilitation skills in different interventions. The style of Litha’s leadership is facilitative leadership: • Create an environment for colleagues to collaborate and co-create • Ensure that everyone has a voice • Person-centred conversations based on non-judgemental, non-prejudicial, non-directive engagement As the culture is based on equality, everyone is invited to contribute to the discussion. The overall objectives are determined by our Mission and Vision and we then use the OKR model – management by objectives with defined objectives being achieved through key results – all with a collective responsibility.
