LitGear solves this problem by using its proprietary technology to make motorcycle riders more visible by creating left, right turn signals and brake lights that are visible 360 degrees around the jacket. LitGear has created a module that plugs into the motorcycle computer and communicates with the rider’s jacket and illuminates strings of LEDs, which are part of the jacket, based on turn signals and braking signals. The flashing LED strings are activated by the motorcycle module according to the rider’s activities. The highest priority of motorcycle riders and LitGear is safety. The more the rider is visible to other traffic the safer they are. LitGear jackets dramatically increase a rider’s visibility without sacrificing style.
