LiteUp careers

LiteUp lets students teach other in short, five minute videos and thereby makes learning more entertaining and engaging. It is aimed at secondary students who have few alternatives to find entertaining educational contents. Crucially, it is multilingual, allowing anyone to upload and view content in any language. The main objective of our product is to provide a platform for students to exchange knowledge they already have, more efficiently, without the barriers of age or jargon and create an exhaustive repository of materials in a large variety of languages. Viewers are likely to be drawn from a varied, young demographic, attracted by the short, engaging content and uploaders from a slightly older audience, potentially even universities, drawn by the competitive element we imbue in the site, the opportunity to promote themselves and their knowledge, and the appraisal we provide that may help them improve both their videos and their understanding of what they teach.
