We do this using an innovative incentive based contract that aligns the incentives of the agent with the homeowner and also by putting agents in competition for a homeowners business. Our solution allows homeowners to easily request and compare offers from multiple agents, hire the agent of their choice, and pay that agent in a way that ensures the agents compensation is tied to the results they achieve in selling the home, not the promises they make up front.
