The founder is a tech veteran who’s been building with computers since the early 1980s and leads product vision, design, and feature direction. The current developer is a seasoned engineer who leads teams in his day job and builds this product outside of work hours. We’ve worked together consistently for years and are in the final stretch toward release. We run a simple weekly rhythm—typically a one-hour Sunday check-in to review progress, unblock issues, and agree on next steps. The culture is low-anxiety and pragmatic: if someone can’t make a week, we don’t manufacture urgency—we regroup at the next opportunity. If there’s nothing meaningful to discuss, we skip the meeting and keep building. We prioritize steady progress, clear communication, and shipping something we’re genuinely proud of.
