We are looking for a CTO/ Technical co-founder to help us build Liquify! Liquify is an early-stage fintech start-up based in London. We are building a blockchain-based invoice financing marketplace connecting emerging markets SMEs, traditionally excluded from obtaining working capital financing, with global capital markets. Over the last few months we have built an MVP, attracted key individuals to be part of our board of advisors and partners, developed GTM strategy and signed early adopters. We also received pre-seed investment from a reputable fund. Our ambition is to close the $1 Trillion SME Trade Financing gap, creating a more equitable environment for financing and removing the drag on global economic growth. This is an incredible opportunity to join a pioneering start-up at a very early stage and build a company from the ground up! You will have the creative license to define and drive the technical vision for the company as you see best, developing award-winning technologies which have a huge impact for all the users. You will have a wide scope to set up the entire tech stack and product team. We are based in London, but are open to remote hires! Your responsibilities will include: - Being the driving force of the technical team - Shaping our development strategy - Hiring and managing the development team - Own the specification, architecture, and implementation of our innovative solution - In the long-term, supporting, coaching, and developing high-performing engineers through continuous feedback and through relationships with team leads You will be set up for success as our Chief Technology Officer if you have: - 5+ years experience as full-stack developer - Experience building product in the finance/ fintech industry - Interest in blockchain/ web3 space
