LINC Education is an education technology and services start-up based out of Singapore and Mumbai. We work with global Universities and colleges to provide data driven bespoke education support services, to help them retain and grow their online students. LINC works with a team of geographically distributed academics, who are all highly qualified subject matter experts, to deliver these academic services to Universities. All services are delivered via LINC’s own technology platform. It is a student management platform, that allows our academics to manage all 1:1 engagement and communication with their students. It uses data analytics to “smartly” dictate activities of the academics on w daily basis. The platform also allows LINC to manage the team of distributed academics using data dashboards built into the platform. The platform is further being equipped to “listen to” student conversations, thus using machine learning to gather additional insights into th student sentiment etc. to further customize support. LINC is looking to build a stellar technology team that can continue to enhance the technology platform and add features to help further productize the service.
