I had the privilege of working with Akshat during my internship, and it was truly a formative experience. From day one, he made me feel like a valued part of the team, always welcoming my input and ideas. Akshat has a unique ability to understand and connect with the people he works with, creating an open and collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work. One of the things I appreciated most was his leadership style—he trusted me to take ownership of my tasks without micromanaging, which gave me the space to learn, grow, and become more confident in my work. More than just technical guidance, Akshat inspired in me a sense of entrepreneurship. He encouraged me to think beyond just writing code and to consider the business impact of what we were building.
