Jobs at LILAC

Much is made about the lack of diversity in Hollywood. Articles are written, hashtags are launched, initiatives are birthed; yet the needle towards parity moves oh-so-slowly.  LILAC was conceived in order to tackle two of the leading causes of Hollywood's homogeneity problem: first, the difficulties faced by independent minority-helmed films in securing theatrical distribution; and second, the lack of robust marketing support behind them.
