We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of optical fiber draw processes. This role requires expertise in mechanical engineering, physics, or related fields to optimize fiber draw technology and improve product performance.

• 3+ years supporting manufacturing or laboratory measurement systems.
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, SQL, Python, or similar technical tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a similarly related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a highly technical environment that included process development, manufacturing, or related fields..

• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC, HMI, motion-control, servo, drive, sensor, and industrial I/O systems.
• Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagrams preferred.

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline
• 5+ years’ previous experience as an Engineering Manager

• B.S. with 8+ years of work experience, M.S. with 6+ years of work experience or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, or Engineering with 3+ years of work experience.
• Deep understanding of optics, electromagnetics, material characterization and simulations.
