Lifey careers
Lifey increases successful response and survival rates during medical emergencies by making the response procedure faster, more effective and more efficient.
It consists of a wristband which holds a person's information and a mobile app which can retrieve the data by simply tapping the phone on the wristband without the need of an internet connection, recognises the location and automatically detects the correct emergency number to use.
No other product out there offers offline, geo-tagging or text-to-speech capabilities similar to Lifey which can be used at any place at any time utilizing the existing infrastructure. Moreover, the medics arrive at the scene fully informed about the patient and can avoid potential adverse reactions to allergies or medications.
The app is free for everyone to download, thus aiming to create a social umbrella of app users, coined Lifey heroes, who can help owners of the wristband during an emergency.
