This enables those professionals to interact in real time and assist the individual through any challenge or difficulty when they actually need the guidance. Then during the face-to-face interaction they are more productive and can deal with the most pressing issues.

We have also built into our tool “Human Intelligence”. This means our tools encourage the individual to think about their issues or triggers and identify what is causing their reaction or emotion at a given moment.
