LibeRent, is an eCommerce venture in fashion with a rental model, much like Rent The Runway in the U.S. We have been operational in Hyderabad since June last year post a pilot in Chennai and have recently launched in Hyderabad.. This is a start-up with high growth potential and can become the next big thing if executed right. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate start-up friendly people who fully understand the cons of working in one. Less pay, lot of freedom, exciting and demanding with constant need for innovation. This being a rental start-up unlike any other e-commerce venture, there involves a lot of optimization to be done, back end as well as front end that will need lot of work in the tech side with the help of data. We are also building a site with all the real world sensibilities and move towards providing personalized shopping experience.We need individuals who share the spirit on board full time, with a goal to learn and grow and in the long term earn a lot.
