Battery energy density is too low for a break through in applications of EV, consumer electronics and stationary energy storage.

The key bottleneck is that the maximum capacity of the graphite anode (minus pole) layer is reached. We have developed pure Silicon anodes with a 10x capacity over existing graphite anodes, that are stable over a range of cycles, on the basis of mature PECVD technology that promises a rapid scale up at cost parity with existing coating technology.

We are the only venture offering pure Silicon anodes, competition is focused on composite structures with a limited amount of Silicon.
