LexClaro is a multilingual AI legal-tech platform that turns complex contracts into clear, human language for individuals, freelancers and SMEs. Every year, millions of people sign rental agreements, employment contracts, shareholder agreements or service contracts they don’t fully understand. Legal language is slow, expensive to interpret and quietly shifts risk to the weaker side. LexClaro fixes that.

Users upload a contract and, within minutes, LexClaro analyses it, summarises the key points and highlights obligations, rights, deadlines and risks — in their own language. No legal jargon, no guesswork, no waiting for appointments. We currently support 8+ languages and multiple contract types, designed for both personal and professional use, with a strong focus on real-world documents: housing, employment, startup equity, services and B2B deals.

We’re now in Phase 4: moving from our MVP into a full SaaS web app, including live voice chat for contracts (ask questions in real time, get clear explanations plus a transcript and saved session). Next on the roadmap (Phases 5–6) is LexClaro Business: accounts for teams, role-based access, template libraries, versioning, contract comparison (original vs. edited, with changes and risk shifts clearly marked), bulk workflows and deeper integrations into HR, real estate and fintech ecosystems.

The platform is currently in beta with early users testing across multiple countries. We are iterating fast on UX, language quality and legal clarity, using real contracts to improve our flows and strengthen trust. We don’t try to replace lawyers, but to become the first layer of clarity before anyone signs or negotiates — a practical legal “front door” for everyday life and business.
