Lewis makes it easy for adventurous New Yorkers to get outdoors and make an environmental impact. Lewis is a socially-conscious outdoor company. Lewis takes New Yorkers on beautiful outdoors adventures within two hours of the city. Lewis makes it completely hassle-free to go on an adventure by curating the best destinations, providing all the transportation, gear, food and drinks for the day. For every adventure our customers go on, Lewis donates one hour’s worth of clean-up for environmentally-senstive areas and plants at least one tree in at-risk natural landscapes. We partner with forward-thinking organizations to help us realize our vision and make an impact. In the future, we believe it will be customary for everybody to spend at least one day per week outside, away from screens and outside with nature. Lewis wants to take them there. Adventure will be a service; a value-add amenity in condo buildings, a perk for a corporate job, a gift exchanged at holidays. Lewis wants to bring adventure-as-a-service into the mainstream. Along the way, we aim to donate at least 100,000 hours of environmental clean-up and plant at least 250,000 trees by 2020.
