Levels careers

At Levels, we help people objectively understand their meditation practice by combining meditation with technology. We did this by creating a Smart Meditation Cushion and App. The cushion uses innovative sensors and digital filtering algorithms to measure someone’s stillness, heart rate, and breathing patterns just by sitting on it. With the biofeedback information provided by the cushion, meditators can easily understand the benefits of meditation and see how it affects them. The AI portion of the App can customize the guided meditation based on the person’s biofeedback. With our technology, people can learn how to meditate faster, are encouraged to build the habit of meditation and discover ways to improve their practice.
