Leonard Cyber careers

Leonard Cyber is a very small (currently three person) startup that makes HoloAI. In a nutshell, HoloAI is Microsoft Word for large language models. People use it to finish homework, generate copy, and for entertainment. The primary workflow is to tell the AI about what you're writing, and then let it generate continuations of whatever you've written so far.

Our ultimate goal is to create a tool capable of reducing the workload of a large proportion of white-collar jobs by about 50%, including most of academia. That in addition to allowing an order of magnitude more people to get into creative writing and world-building.

HoloAI is a natural language processing product, but we're a hodgepodge batch of former nuclear physicists and bug bounty hunters. Leonard is also an American technology company with funding from 1517fund, but our office is currently located in Bengaluruu. We think talent here is severely undervalued. We intend to both fix and take advantage of the overwhelming amount of untapped programmers by paying above market salaries and building our team exclusively in India.
