• Help to prepare the different declarations: VAT declarations in France, EU (UOSS) and other countries (Salt in US, GST in Canada...), Intrastat declarations

• Own from a technical standpoint the desktop and mobile development of Consumer Services
• Collaborate with our devs, QA, designers and product within Consumer Services teams

• Deliver insights to drive product and business decisions
• Build and support dashboards to make data accessible to numerous stakeholders

• Build the BTC/ETH roadmap for the next 12 months for both the Secure App and Ledger Live
• Become the internal expert and spokesman for BTC/ETH

• Build highly available, consistent, and performant services to power Ledger's products
• Leverage all the power of functional programming with Scala (Typelevel stack)

• Act as the primary sales driver in the region, setting an example for excellence in sales performance
• Collaborate with the local sales, pre-sales, and customer success management (CSM) teams to ensure seamless strategy execution, from customer acquisition to retention

• Revenue Maximisation
• Manage and grow existing partnerships such as BestBuy, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further collaboration

• Ensure customer satisfaction & reply to day-to-day customer requests
• Communicate clearly and concisely: write clear and well-structured documentation on service tickets and follow up to ensure resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred ; - Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the software or cryptocurrency industry ; - Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets ; - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ; - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams ; - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ; - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team ; - Willingness to travel as required.

• Lead a global team of developer advocates and technical educators to build an active, loyal, and passionate technical community;- Develop and execute the strategy to increase the number of developers who regularly interact with and build on Ledger Live ;- Oversee all developer content marketing, from blog posts, web copy, email marketing, newsletters, events, podcasts, etc. ;- Manage the developer journey from website to documentation to tools ;- Create inspiring product demos, tutorials, and other videos to use for events and web marketing ;- Lead the organization of Ledger’s external hackathon ;- Manage and enhance developer communications channels such as Slack, Discord, Discourse, Stackoverflow, Reddit etc. ;- Capture, analyze, and share relevant developer insight with the product and engineering teams ;- Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new services, features, and enhancements effectively through the developer community ;- Aim to diversify and improve new ways to serve the Ledger technical community etc.

• Increase affiliate revenue
• Grow the number of affiliates joining Ledger’s program from social media platforms as well as web3 top media websites
