Who YOU Are You are an ideation leader, collaborative visionary, and skilled developer. With 3-5 years of related experience, including familiarity in RoR, you understand the groundwork needed to build dynamic web applications while collaborating on the vision for LeasePass. You are experienced in the startup space or are comfortable being scrappy. What You Are Working On You will take ownership of all things technical: brainstorming, planning & building new functionality & future iterations, using A/B testing when appropriate, interacting with customers on feedback, leading and working with other developers to help create build something great.
