Our work flows reflect this - each week starts by deciding which 5 experiments we will run, and ends with a review and write up. Each day is structured to maximise the amount of 'Deep Work' possible. We start the day with a standup to coordinate, and then send updates on the hour - meaning people can maximise their time in flow. Valuing technical expertise and working in flow is designed to solve a difficult problem: building the most effective and compelling learning experience ever. This means extreme focus on user experience and applying novel technology to online learning, primarily machine learning based approaches.
