Learned By Me is an online tutoring marketplace that connects students with top professional language teachers from the developing world for one-on-one Skype video lessons for the low price of $15 / session.

We launched with Spanish and all of our tutors are highly qualified native speakers who are also either Spanish faculty at South American Universities, teachers at the U.S. Peace Corps training centers, or teachers at one of the top Spanish immersion schools in South America. Learned By Me tutoring sessions cost less than 20% of the price of Spanish tutoring in most U.S. cities and offer high quality native teachers, the convenience to take lessons anywhere, and the culturally rich experience of connecting with a teacher living in the Spanish speaking world.
