Leap Skills Academy careers

Leap is trying to create a skills ecosystem in the geographies that it's working in through awareness generation programs and skill development courses for students enrolled in any form of post-secondary formal education. We work with local institutions (colleges, polytechnics, engineering institutes) to improve their recruitment outcomes. We are also constantly working with the country's top employers to understand their requirements better and customise our offerings to address the gaps that exist in student skill sets. Since local employers in the geographies that we operate in face similar challenges with their existing workforce, we are also training the current workforce to enhance their productivity and workplace professionalism.
