More than 70% aim to land jobs abroad after studies, but only approx 10% are able to. A large part of this gap is not caused by laws/immigration, but by lack of career guidance and focused approach.

Leap Beyond Academy provides international students with a holistic, thoughtfully curated, path to success that would revolutionise the way they approach employability and foreign education in order to achieve their career objectives overseas. We are launching in August 2020.

Most competitors only cover certain aspects of the international student journey + provide very general advice + are more expensive + seem like a last resort.

LBA has offerings that are more:

LBA's main product/offering is its collection of online video-based courses ('masterclasses') delivered through our learning platform.

Each course will be in the format of a masterclass led by:
1) Trailblazers: ex-international students who have beaten the odds in landing their dream job overseas and settling down abroad. They collaborate with LBA to co-create and feature in an entire masterclass based only on their journey, learnings, tips, and actionable insights.

2) Experts: Recruiters include hiring managers or recruitment professionals from top companies. They collaborate with LBA to co-create and feature in flagship courses, based on their employer knowledge, market insights, recruitment experience, and actionable advice, tips, knowledge, and point of view.
