Lean Orb careers

Lean Orb provides eco-friendly plant-based alternatives to a one-time use plastic and styrofoam disposable items in the food service industry. We use agricultural by-products to create value through a zero-waste model. Current conversion rates for recycling are simply not high enough while the demand for the available solutions keeps growing. Our manufacturing practices provide environmental transparency and fair trade working conditions.

In order to contribute to the global socio-economic wellness, our factory supports education and basic training in micro-enterprise for women from vulnerable communities to help them achieve alternative livehoods.

We think it's important to aim at the ethical supply chain where the buyer, the seller, and the community are all in a conversation promoting consumption of goods that have high standards across all sectors.
