• Have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with minimum of 2 years experience in industry.
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code for both prototyping and production environments.

• Provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and optimization of FPGA synthesis engines across multiple Lattice product families
• Collaborate with synthesis developers and cross-functional partners to define architecture, algorithms, and long-term technical direction

• Drive silicon feature enablement & improvement for a particular domain, such as IO, Memory, Serdes, etc.
• Develop silicon enablement collaterals with focus on usability and performance.

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows, including planning, reasoning, tool usage, and memory management
• Assist in building multiagent systems and agent orchestration flows

• Build and manage Account Plans for each assigned account and territory, keeping the extended team of stakeholders apprised and engaged. • Own the architecture, development, and lifecycle of device drivers for on‑chip and external peripherals (Ethernet, PCIe, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO), ensuring scalability across silicon revisions and product generations.

• Lead RTL integration and optimization (power, performance, area) for multi-IP and multi-FPGA systems

• Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems (single‑ and multi‑agent) to automate:

• Working with complex device data modeling
• Building customer facing tools (Bitgen, IBIS, SSN, Power Calculator).

• Key Responsibilities

Enable FPGA software tool adoption through:
Conducting analysis of tool capabilities and user requirements.
Preparing documentation and best practices for tool usage.
Delivering training sessions and user enablement programs.
Provide ITAR compliant support, ensuring adherence to export control regulations and internal processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows and tool integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FPGA development tools and operating environments.
Strong expertise in scripting/programming and comfortable using AI tools and frameworks for automation
Act as a subject matter expert for FPGA design flows, assisting customers and internal teams.

• Chance to learn FPGA and it’s build block such as SERDES(PMA/PCS), Memory DDR(DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5 etc), DPHY, PLL, DSP, MIPI, Fabric, I/O etc but not limited.
• Validate and characterize various IPs from silicon arrival to release to production.

• Create and maintain accurate SystemC models for security solutions.
• Implement Transaction-Level Modeling (TLM) interfaces for communication between models and other simulation environments.

• 7+ years’ experience in FPGA and/or ASIC design, including experience designing with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog or other HLD development tools (Radiant, Diamond, Quartus, Vivado, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentations skills, and the ability to work with multiple groups and projects

• Domain Lead: Lead and drive silicon feature enablement & improvement for a particular domain, such as IO, Memory, Serdes, etc.
• Develop silicon enablement collaterals with focus on usability and performance.

• Bachelors, Masters, or better in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 10+ years of experience in EDA SW Tool development
• Strong communication skills

• Design and execute test plans for Power Calculator workflows, simulating typical customer design scenarios.
• Validate power estimation accuracy across multiple FPGA device families, voltage conditions, and operating modes.
