Current tools are not being as bold as they can be, they just limit themselves to be, at the most, a feature-rich POS, but never a full management suite for restaurants, which is clearly needed. We built the product with the restaurants.

Right now they have to resort to expensive POS with antique models, which forces them to pay for mandatory training for waiters and employees, buy specific hardware (only iPads, or expensive ePOS all-in-one solutions) and keep it updated, and even ignore features that are not really useful because they're not thought from a restaurant point of view.
