At Lasso Loop Recycling we are attempting to tackle one of the biggest problems we see for the sustainability of our planet, recycling. Currently around 20% of what goes into recycling bins are actually recycled, with the rest being treated further and ultimately ending up in landfill. Which immediately creates demand for brand new virgin products, leading to a huge amount of Carbon emissions and depleting the earth's finite resources. This problem is why Lasso Loop Recycling exists. To tackle it, we have created an appliance that goes into the home, and processes used materials. One of the biggest reasons our recycling isn't actually recycled is due to different materials mixing. The appliance keeps them separate and enables 100% close-loop recycling for everything put inside. We are a team of passionate individuals across the globe working to deliver the first appliances in Fall 2022. Having raised sufficient funds to build the prototype in Summer 2019, it will be finished in February 2021. From there it is vital we launch effectively and efficiently. Our culture?
