LaneSpotter careers

LaneSpotter is a community-sourced mapping and navigation tool created for cyclists, by cyclists.

Through our website and mobile app, cyclists have access to bike infrastructure AND safety maps – created by other cyclists. Cyclists are encouraged to help one another by giving safety ratings to the roads they travel. Once the roads have been rated, LaneSpotter helps cyclists create the safest routes from Point A to Point B. And then we make it easy for them to get there, by providing turn-by-turn navigation.

In addition to providing directions from Point A to Point B, LaneSpotter will incorporate local businesses into the platform by recommending bike-friendly business to cyclists when they plan a route. We are also building a feature that would allow bike advocacy groups, bike share organizations, universities, tourism organizations and individuals to create self-guided tours or group rides to explore cities.
