We build simple web-based tools for small to mid-sized property managers. Our goal is to solve the problems inherent in property management especially for those who do not have access to the same tools as the large companies do. Our current offering includes data management, property marketing, resident screening, with rent payments and accounting (coming soon). All of these are simple, responsive web apps that allow our users to access their property information on the go or at the office.
We also have content discovery solutions which allow our users to find real estate specific news, current events, blog posts, best practices, and legal answers.
