• Guide new customers through the technical onboarding process by:

Assisting ML researchers in migrating their existing workloads to Lambda’s AI Cloud Platform, ensuring that expected performance is achieved
Providing initial troubleshooting for technical issues that arise during the first few days of customers time on Lambda infrastructure

• Corporate Transactions: Provide counseling, support, and organization to enable key business initiatives like fundraising, debt financing, M&A, and strategic investments.
• Corporate Governance: Assist in a range of corporate governance matters, including preparing board and committee meeting materials, resolutions, minutes, and written consents, maintaining applicable entity registrations and filings through our secretarial services provider.

• Validate and verify the organization's security controls and practices meet the requirements of ISO 27001, SOC 2 and other relevant regulatory requirements to ensure alignment to business objectives
• Assist with and drive remediation of control deficiencies and gaps

• Gather business requirements from internal teams (e.g. sales, sales engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting) to identify opportunities for NetSuite enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine enhancement roadmap and prioritization in line with business needs

• Build software for training models across hundreds of GPUs interconnected with state-of-the-art networking fabric
• Build core cloud features like VMs, VPCs, firewalls, distributed file systems within our data centers

• Spearhead the vision and execution for our AI-first cloud platform, leading a team of world-class engineers
• Drive innovation in platform performance, reliability, and feature development, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the competitive AI cloud landscape

• Lead the Salesforce Architecture: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• System Integration: Architect and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g. Netsuite, Hubspot & various third-party tools) using APIs and iPads systems like workato.

• Ensure the quality of AI, compute, storage, network, and rack hardware that is deployed to Lambda’s data centers
• Implement an ODM model to develop system and rack level hardware. Participate in the supplier selection process and drive bring up of manufacturing facilities and production lines

• Project manage data center fit out projects and work with our data center design subject matter experts to provide on-site support for data center design and build projects from inception to final white space handoff.
• Work with the team to estimate project costs and review contractor proposals.

• Lead the design process for new and existing products, from ideation to launch; shape end-to-end workflows with a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure a seamless product development process.

• Be a key contributor to the creation and evolution of our brand identity - creating beautiful and intuitive designs for marketing, product, and internal initiatives
• Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and high-quality design outputs

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand voice and a primarily technical audience.
• Content Creation & editorial vision: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that produces various types of content, including blog posts, sales materials, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts - with the support of our engineering, product, and design teams. .

• Manage large scale deployments of GPU clusters in datacenter colocation around the country
• Work closely with Data Center engineering and operations to ensure proper deployment of data center infrastructure requirements
