On the Lakeshore platform, Candidates and Employers have an Agent, not a recruiter. Agents advise and protect the best interests of their respective customers. Outcomes are carefully curated by Lakeshore to ensure quality and consistency. Can you name a more commercially important decision for a person than the jobs they take or the people they hire? They sure can’t. Yet, the recruiting industry is the last commercially important transaction to move from a sales incentivized model to a service incentivized model. Real estate, insurance, tax, legal, taxi cabs and even used cars have made the jump from transactions to customer experience. Lakeshore was created to make this shift.
