Take a vacation anytime as long as you let the team know at least 3 weeks ahead of time and provided you can get your work/research done.

Need to learn a new skill or polish off an old one? We'll comp your education as much as we can.

Quarterly team outing

We go out as a team to a new city, or our cottage for company-wide events/hackathons/relaxathons.
