Laconia Capital Group is full-service venture firm, with a family of funds & a venture asset management company.

Laconia's venture funds focus on late seed-stage B2B SaaS companies, particularly those solving immediate efficiency problems in existing markets & workflows.
• Stage: We define the late seed stage as having an in-market product, paying customers, and signs of product-market fit. We write $250,000 - $1 million checks.
• Geography: We focus on companies based in the New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and DC metro areas.
• Sector: We invest exclusively in B2B companies with relatively light future capital requirements in all sectors. We do not invest in device healthcare, biotech, agtech, energy, and military applications.

In addition to its early stage funds, Laconia operates a bespoke investment advisory service for family offices to develop and execute a comprehensive venture capital investment strategy through Laconia Venture Asset Management (LVAM).
