We're developing a SaaS platform that allows candidates and companies to build their own profiles by answering questionnaires. These profiles are then used to measure the fit of a candidate for a role at a company based on a variety of factors including culture, values, and the complex dynamics within the team.

We are always tweaking our algorithm through machine learning, and the results of actual candidate placements measured against the expected results.
