Accessed via any browser parents can launch a request for one off or regular childcare services, Kowalahs are notified and respond in realtime with most searches receiving the first acceptance in under 2 minutes.

All payments are handled via Kowalah and the Kowalah team provide 24x7 support to both parents and Kowalahs.

Kowalah makes money by charging childcare providers a service fee on their hourly rate.

Kowalah is currently available across the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire and expanding continually.
