Culture and benefits at Koo

We have a fast paced startup environment with a flat hierarchy. Here, everyone is an entrepreneur. People take complete ownership of their work, and have the freedom to make their own decisions. Located in the calm streets of Indiranagar, our office is centrally located and features an open floor plan with 24 hour housekeeping. There are no timings, people are free to choose whatever schedule works for them. We have some of the best people working here: Co-founders, Aprameya (Founder TaxiForSure and angel investor) and Mayank (Foundation and Coreteam member redBus and angel investor) lead the team with their decades of experience in building products for Indian consumer internet. Our CTO Nishant is an IITian and a seasoned techie who has led engineering at big names like Coverfox, Citrus Pay and Royal Bank of Scotland. At Koo he leads a team of highly skilled developers. Mayank himself leads the product team, which only consists of ex-b2c-entrepreneurs. We work at a rapid pace, with weekly releases, pushing the boundaries of what a consumer product should be. Our community and marketing team comprises empathetic and motivated executives who want to make Koo an inclusive and safe community where all are welcome.
