KOMER is a mobility and delivery platform building infrastructure for how people move and access services across African cities.

Operating in Cameroon, KOMER combines ride-hailing, on-demand delivery, and integrated mobile payments into a single platform designed around the operational realities of African markets, including fragmented addressing systems, traffic unpredictability, and hybrid cash and mobile-money consumer behavior.

Our platform currently connects customers with restaurants and various vendors through fast, reliable delivery while expanding ride-hailing operations across urban centers. Payments are seamlessly integrated through Orange Money and MTN MoMo, making the platform accessible across a broad range of users.

KOMER initially launched in Yaoundé with a lean operational model focused on execution, density, and localized infrastructure adaptation before broader regional expansion. Rather than replicating foreign operational models, we are building specifically for the realities of rapidly growing African cities.

A core component of the platform is KOMER KREDITS, our loyalty and engagement layer designed to strengthen long-term user retention across mobility and delivery services in markets where structured consumer rewards ecosystems remain relatively underdeveloped.

Over time, KOMER plans to expand its technology stack through additional infrastructure layers, including KRIS (KOMER Route Intelligence System), a routing and operational optimization framework designed to improve dispatch efficiency and mobility coordination across dense urban environments.
