Koha Ed is the 1st product that Koha DAO plans to fund. Koha Ed is a "crossover" solution that aims to solve the problems inherent in today's Web 2.0 centralised solutions by leveraging the features of Web3 technologies, disrupting, and improving the current education ecosystem.

Koha Ed is built on Koha DAO's Learn to Earn (L2E) protocol that incentivises and rewards the learning journey, throughout the journey, instead of rewarding the result of examinations at the end of the journey.

Koha Ed cedes an element of control and influence over a child/student's learning activities to parents by introducing a 3rd party (Koha Ed) to the family setting whilst reducing the stress and strain on parents trying to encourage their child/student to make their best effort.
