• 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role, ideally within tech or SaaS. Experience with marketing budgets of $1M+ and in remote-first environments is preferred.
• Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, brand strategy, and marketing automation.

• Responsible for Customer Engagement, Retention and overall assigned account success
• Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring long term engagement and identify expansion opportunities
