Knit Health provides an in-home sleep improvement program that enables parents to detect sleep issues in their children and make lasting improvements that allow their kids to thrive.

Over 21-nights, Knit analyzes a child’s sleep, detects potential issues and provides parents with a comprehensive analysis that can be used pre or post physician encounter to support diagnoses, screen for problems and offer more longitudinal objective data from the child's home environment. The report assesses key areas of sleep health: quantity, quality, routine and, most notably, sleep breathing.

Knit’s sleep service is enabled by a secure, motion sensitive camera that tracks breathing, arousals and sleep patterns without wearables. Knit’s proprietary machine learning technology analyzes this sleep data, allowing experts to provide risk assessment for sleep-disordered breathing. The technology is based on decades of scientific research, algorithms and models used in sleep lab studies.
