Klaar is an HR tech SaaS tool which helps people managers and enterprises to build purpose-driven, high-performing remote and distributed teams. Our north star would always be to help people and teams to thrive in the future of work.

The co-founders (including me) are from Microsoft and Aramex. We are backed by industry stalwarts and VCs from USA, Dubai and India. Being alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur and with prior experiences in HR leadership positions, we have deep domain connections to scale this product and are building a high performing team with exceptional talent who share our vision.

2. Join our internal meetings for 1 - 2 weeks to understand whether we are gelling together (you like working with us & vice-versa, you like the sector etc.)
