Culture and benefits at KiwiWrite Software

I'm looking for someone who truly cares about the cause of helping these kids. Besides that, I think just a simple "be kind" has been my moto in dealing with freelancers and other people I have hired to help so far. This is a tiny company I run out of my home office, with the help so far of some contractors and a development partner, so I can't say there is much of a culture, but perhaps casual would be a good descriptor. Aside from what customers need, it would be up to the individual to decide what working hours they prefer.
