Highlight is a patent-pending additive combined with disinfectants at point-of-use that eliminates human error and empowers healthcare workers and patients to protect themselves. Unlike existing products, Highlight-enhanced disinfectants are colorized and highly visible, fully cover and stick to surfaces, and fade in color over time to prevent staining and provide real-time visual feedback of when decontamination is done. Highlight has been field-tested in Liberia and Guinea by NGOs and healthcare workers for epidemic response, and will be piloted in hospitals in the US to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
