Kinems offers engaging and effective learning experiences for children with learning disabilities (LDs) such as autism, dyspraxia, ADHD via innovative Kinect games based on therapeutic protocols. A unique feature is that the embodied interaction and learning achievements are stored on a monitoring cloud platform that allows professionals and parents to see children's progress and analytics anytime and from any devices.
Kinems main target audience is mainstream and special schools, hospitals, therapeutic centres as well as occupational therapists for home use. Kinems games is offered via a SaaS yearly license model. Kinems addresses a niche market. Only, in the USA, the number of children 4-9 ages with LDs is about 2 million, i.e. about 5-7% of all school children.
Kinems is supported by Microsoft and other value adding partners such as Regis University, Denver CO and Cleveland Clinic for case studies. Kinems started their sales in Europe via a distributor in the Netherlands.
