Motivation is driven by three key features: content, social interaction and tracking data. Fitness content is any program which can be delivered via video such as pilates, yoga, high impact aerobics, speed bikes, treadmill programs and more. A webcam monitors motion using proprietary algorithms to create actionable data shared with peers.
