Kili helps teams automate workflows by using data specific to their company, and by connecting different apps & services.

We believe in starting with a small, targeted problem and then expanding to other use cases. Our focus at the moment is customer service. We help customer service teams with their most time consuming tasks: self-serving customers, reducing handle time for tickets, writing help desk documentation and so on.

We will expand into other functions like sales, HR and ops.
