Kilde is a global private debt marketplace matching Alternative Lending firms and investors looking for attractive returns. We hold a security brokerage license issued by the financial regulator in Singapore that allows us to arrange issuance and facilitate sales of securities to investors.

The investors buy digital security (debenture) issued by the Alternative Lender (Non-banking financial institution). Our marketplace allows investors to select a debenture based on maturity, interest rate, and credit rating. The investors gain both hard sought alpha (excess return above market benchmark) and diversification of their portfolio to an asset class with practically zero correlation with the S&P Index (0.02 correlation measured in 2011-17).

Alternative Lenders can issue debentures at our marketplace as often as they need within the approved credit limit. That allows Alternative Lenders to ask for funding in the exact amount and the exact time as their business requires.

We have observed that the growth of debt marketplaces is typically limited by a supply of quality borrowers. Our focus on Alternative Lenders as borrowers provides a constant demand for private debt funding. For Alternative Lenders, we open a credit line at our marketplace from $300k to $7m with interest rate 8-15% p.a. With the approved credit line they can access liquidity provided by investors.
