Our competitive edge comes via a combination of factors: our Cosmos platform enables us to create flexible solutions but minimise bespoke coding; we have a deep understanding and years of experience with the data integration issues our clients face; our presence in London provides great opportunities for closer collaboration and a consultative face-to-face approach. We find many businesses fail to capitalise on strategic data assets due to lack of standardisation, alignment and visualisation. Our goal is to work with our partner network to develop opportunities within these organisations and incorporate more datasets over time to facilitate universal data access within the business. In order to service this need, all Kicktag staff have to be extremely proficient in data-wrangling, ETL, and finally in displaying the results in simple, engaging dashboards. We are currently extending our platform capabilities in the following areas: text analytics; predictive analytics; advanced visualisation and interactivity; enhanced self-serve data visualisation; data import and governance APIs. We are a small team with a great reseller partner network that we work very closely with. Our development partners manage the “production line” and help us to focus on high-value R&D as much as possible.
